Users may request withdrawal of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, a bet or wager placed on sk999 cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC

This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sk999 content without prior written authorisation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sk999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, sk999's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

sk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification
• Receipt of a formal self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity

Users may close their own sk999 accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sk999 is incorporated and operates. Your continued use of the sk999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using sk999 immediately and, if applicable, contact support to close your account.
